Speaking of Jumbo’s..

The Exception is Jumbo loans that don’t meet the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac criteria due to loan size. For the past couple of years Jumbo Lenders, if you could find any, had to keep their loans because there were no buyers of Jumbo MBS’s. Now, suddenly, we are seeing a huge return to jumbo lending and loans are plentiful. The underwriting criteria are stricter but the loans are available. Since lenders don’t sell these loans to Fannie and Freddie there is wide variation among lenders.

Does someone here have knowledge about where I can buy durable restaurant equipment without losing my shirt? I’ve been scrambling all over the place and can’t seem to locate the supplies I need at a reasonable price. If anyone has a wholesale contract with a manufacturer I would be willing to pay a finders fee that would be worth your while to help me.
