This week we are continuing are series of looking at different architecture in Laguna.
David Parker, a well known architect in town, and I look at two side by side cottages that have been remodeled.
One is a cottage that is kept the original integrity of the house and has been upgraded.
The other cottage has been totally remodeled and increased in size by putting on a second story, but working within the original foot print of the home. This required going through a more extensive design review process.
