How does the OC Realtor help you get that great deal on your next house and makes it as painless as possible?
If you’re a buyer in today’s market you deserve a special place at a special price.
The OC Realtor will give you the information and service you need in order to find the house of your dreams in this turbulent environment.
It starts with a conversation about your lifestyle and hopes. Kids, pets, commute, view, likes/dislikes, are just some of the items that will determine where we start looking for a home that suits you.
You’ll get daily property information on the houses that fit your criteria, weekly market updates of the trends in the community and visits to those houses that rise to the top.
We’ll work in concert, for as long as it takes to help you understand the local market and what is available. This includes helping you to understand about distressed properties (foreclosures and short sales) which many times are 20% to 50% of the market.
And when that one or two homes that hit your financial and emotional buttons, we’ll make an aggressive, educated offer and start the negotiation process.
Lastly, after the property is in escrow, the OC Realtor will communicate with you on a daily basis and have his team of lenders; transaction coordinators and other service professionals, hand hold you through the seemingly complex escrow process.
